Action Alert! Tell SFRPD that you want Bike Park

Take this survey http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/McLarenPark Tell them you want bike trails. Tell them you want a bike park. Your voice counts.

If you've been following our stories on the website, SFRPD is conducting a series of meetings to determine the future development of McLaren Park, an area we've had our eye on to develop a bike park for some time. Along with the survey, there are in-person meetings that we hope to see our SFUR friends out in attendance.

Stay dry, fix those bikes, and get ready for the rain to (eventually) end...

Please take the survey and also get involved if you live in or near SF. Dan Schneider at SF Urban Riders is working very hard organizing family and kid-focused bike events in McLaren. This is a good way to show adults in SF that MTB is for real, is a great hobby and a cool way to meet active and responsible friends.

I've volunteered at a couple of events and had a blast. Check out their site and shoot Dan an email if you want to get involved.

To those that have done the survey, thank you. And please forward the link to family and friends that ride in the bay area. Make sure you/they write in that they want a bike park and trails in Mclaren.

And look out for a support petition comin' at you soon.

Thanks!!!

Dustin
